About Temara Willis
Temara Willis is an experienced Family Mediator (FDRP) who has had the privilege of supporting over 2,000 clients through the challenges of separation. Having gone through her own divorce in 2009, she understands firsthand how overwhelming, costly, and emotionally draining the process can be. Determined to find a better way, she transitioned from a career in business to focus on helping families navigate separation in a more amicable and cost-effective manner.
With over 20 years of experience in mediation and a background in Human Resource Management, Temara empowers clients to resolve conflict through self-determination—helping them reach their own agreements, on their own terms, in a supported and respectful environment. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, and a certificate in Child Inclusive Mediation and Counselling. As a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General’s Department, she is committed to guiding families toward practical solutions that prioritise the well-being of all involved.
